TERMS AND GENERAL CONDITIONS
Payment of the service: The customer will pay for the service using a credit card authorized on the site.
Ticket: Ticket that is delivered to the client, with which it is guaranteed that the payment requirement has been met, giving him the right to enjoy the service.
Purchase: The client must properly select the service before making the payment, because after it has been made it is subject to the Cancellation or Variation Policies.
Prices: Amounts charged for the service, established in the currency that refers expressly.
Returns: Payment made to the client in case of cancellation or suspension. The amount received by the client will be the total, less the% applied in the bank transfer.
Admission of minors is allowed, free of charge when they do not exceed 10 years. From 11 years onwards they must pay the cost established for our services, with the right to the same consumption as any adult.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF BUENA VISTA SOCIAL NIGHT
Buena Vista Social Night is responsible for all the information and images that are placed on the website and is not responsible for the promotion and marketing of the service by third parties.
Buena Vista Social Night is obliged to answer any questions, concerns, suggestions or complaints regarding the services and their modalities, through the corporate email address that is presented on the site, or by telephone call to the numbers that are accredited in the same.
Buena Vista Social Night informs and the client accepts before executing the reservation and making the payment of the service, that the rules of dress for admission in the location require an adequate wardrobe. The Club “Legendarios de Guajirito” reserves the right of admission.
You can reschedule your appointment to a different date up to 3 days before the initially booked date.
Cancellations made 7 or more days in advance will not be penalized and will be refunded 100% of the payment made.
In all the above cases, the bank fees are deducted from the amount received by the client.
In case of non-presentation of the client in the show, he loses his right to claim.
In case of suspension of the Show
When for justified reasons (fortuitous event or force majeure) it is necessary to suspend the Show before the first 30 minutes have elapsed, the compensation for the total value of the Offer will be made.
If the suspension occurs when more than 30 minutes have elapsed, but less than 60 minutes, compensation will be paid for 50% of the total value of the Offer.
If the suspension occurs 60 minutes after the start of the Show, there will be no compensation.
The time it will take to return the amount will depend on the procedures that will be generated through the customer’s bank and that of Buena Vista Social Night and Legendarios del Guajirito. In any case we will send a notice by email the day the payment is made so that the User can be awaiting receipt.
To request a cancellation or variation in the reserved and paid service, the client will have two options:
1. If you are a user on the site, you can do so through the management of the reservation after being registered on the site.
2. Send the request to contact(at)buenavistasocialnight.com from the email address registered in the reservation. In the message the client must inform the reservation code that he wishes to cancel and the reason for cancellation or variation.
The General Terms and Conditions of Contract, and the Cancellation or Variation Policies may be modified at any time without prior notification to the client.
